Founder & President | John F. Davenport has his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, his MBA in finance from Fordham University, and his law degree from Pace University. John is also a fully licensed insurance broker as well as a licensed attorney in the states of New York and Connecticut. With 30 years of estate planning expertise, John leads with a passion for securing legacies. He has developed the "Easy Estate Plan" method, which has helped thousands of our clients across the country create a simple and secure estate plan.

As much as everyone hates this answer, it depends. Everyone's situation is unique and we treat our clients as such. However, we offer a Free Consultation that simplifies this question, and most of the time, we will be able to tell you in just a few questions what is right for your situation.

What is the cost for your estate planning services?
Are fees can vary depending on the situation, and what you want to do with your estate plan. However, something to keep in mind. We operate on a fixed fee, rather than hourly and compared to most local attorneys, our clients tell us we usually save them about 50% versus their fee.
